Nona - Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the Nona app, website and related services. By creating an account, accessing or using Nona, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Nona is operated by Nona Tecnologia Ltda. For questions, requests or complaints, contact suporte@nonaai.com.br.
2. Intended users
Nona is intended for parents, caregivers and legal guardians during pregnancy or while caring for babies and young children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
3. Health information
Nona helps families track routines, sleep, development and information they provide. Nona does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or medical advice. For symptoms, emergencies or concerns about health or development, seek qualified professional care.
4. Account and responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- Information you enter must be accurate, current and shared only when you have authority to do so.
- You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans may be sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, free trials and refunds follow the rules of the store where the purchase was made.
Nona does not directly control refunds for purchases made through app stores. To cancel or request a refund, use your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, as applicable.
6. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to use Nona personally, in accordance with these Terms and app store rules.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, exploit or use unauthorized automation.
- Do not use Nona for illegal, abusive or rights-infringing purposes.
- Do not attempt to compromise the security, availability or integrity of the services.
7. Intellectual property
Nona trademarks, interfaces, text, illustrations, software and other elements belong to Nona Tecnologia Ltda. or its licensors and are protected by law.
8. Suspension, termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, legal requirements or service discontinuation. We may also update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or product changes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nona is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, decisions made without professional guidance or misuse of the service.
10. Apple terms
For iOS users, these Terms are between you and Nona, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, content, maintenance, support or claims related to Nona, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms when required by App Store rules.
11. Governing law
Brazilian law applies, unless mandatory rules in your jurisdiction provide different protection. Local consumer and data protection rights may vary by country or region.
Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how we process personal data to operate, protect and improve Nona.
1. Controller and contact
The data controller is Nona Tecnologia Ltda. Privacy requests can be sent to suporte@nonaai.com.br.
2. Data we collect
- Account data, such as name, email, phone number and credentials.
- Data entered in the app, such as routines, sleep, feeding, diapers, measurements, milestones, notes and messages exchanged with the Nona assistant.
- Technical data, such as account identifiers, error logs, performance and information needed for security.
3. How we use data
- Provide, personalize and improve the Nona experience.
- Generate records, reports and context for app features.
- Handle support, security, abuse prevention and legal compliance.
- Send operational communications and, where required, marketing only with consent.
4. Baby and child data
Nona is used by responsible adults. Data about babies and children is entered by parents or guardians and processed only to provide the service. By entering this data, you represent that you have authority to do so.
5. Sharing and vendors
We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure, analytics, payment, authentication, support and security vendors, limited to what is necessary to operate Nona. We may also share data when required by law or competent authority.
6. International transfers
We may process or store data in other countries. When this occurs, we use contractual, technical and organizational measures compatible with applicable laws.
